Creation of Castle Kitchen
Bringing an idea to life always presents a challenge, in this case finding the right location to experiment with our research on ancient Greek cuisine and taking the idea to the next level. The opportunity to do so presented itself in 2020 with the move to the ancient location of Gardiki, Corfu and his Castle.
The idea of Castle Kitchen became a reality in the form of a series of documentaries set to explore the world of ancient Greek cuisine and their way of life, highlighting how important its influence has been and still is in today's Mediterranean diet.
Thomas will be joined on this journey by actor/voice artist Adrian Marvell.
